We’re thrilled to share the results of our 2024 end-of-year customer survey, and we’d like to extend a heartfelt thank you to everyone who took the time to participate. Your feedback is invaluable in helping us refine and improve the services we provide.
After carefully analysing the responses, we’re delighted to report overwhelmingly positive feedback in key areas such as customer service, product quality, and our bespoke capabilities.
A standout result is that 100% of respondents agreed that our products reflect good value for the price paid—a statistic we’re truly proud of.
In addition:
- Over 95% of respondents rated:
• the ordering process as excellent or good
• the speed of responses to enquiries/requirements as excellent or good
• the workmanship of our products as excellent or good
• their likelihood to purchase again as extremely likely or very likely
• their overall satisfaction with our company as very satisfied or satisfied
We were also very touched by the thoughtful comments we received, such as this one from Rob at the Avenue Bakery in Harrogate: "My family business has bought products from you for the past 40 years and you will carry on being my first place to call."
