Reids of Caithness were the lucky winners of £350 worth of Invicta products when their name came out of the hat for the most recent customer survey prize draw.
Known across the world for their delicious biscuits and baked goods, the family-run Scottish bakery has been around for over half a century. It has many accolades to its name, including 2017 Scottish Baker of the Year and 2023 Wholesale Baker of the Year at the Scottish Baker of the Year Awards.
Managing Director Gary Reid, who runs the business with his wife Tracy, has been one of Invicta’s customers for almost 30 years and has kitted out the Thurso-based bakery with various racks, dollies, and trays, together with countless other Invicta products.
“All of the products we have bought from Invicta have been of exceptional quality, which is important to a company like ours that is so passionate about the food we produce,” said Gary Reid. “We carefully source the finest ingredients to make our products special, so it stands to reason that we also want to use high-performing bakeware to get the best possible end results.
“In a family business like ours, impeccable customer service is something that we have always prided ourselves on, so we particularly value this attribute in our suppliers. The sales team at Invicta are so helpful and friendly that it is always a pleasure to do business with them,” he added.
The most recent Invicta customer survey showed that over 97% of customers were either ‘very satisfied’ or ‘satisfied’ with the company and 94% said they were ‘extremely likely’ or ‘very likely’ to purchase further products.
