Large bespoke order for leading foodservice supplier

Invicta has recently designed a custom-built rack and tray unit for Welbilt – a multinational company that specialises in providing fully integrated foodservice solutions. It supplies some of the world’s top chefs and premier chain operators and is well known for facilitating streamlined kitchen and retail environments.

The racks, which have been commissioned to hold hot confectionery and pastry products will also double up as mobile workstations. They are special in that they have stepped runners, which can accommodate two different tray sizes (600mm x 400mm and 762mm x 457mm). They also have the added benefit of being upturned on the long edges, with front and back stops to prevent the trays sliding out. The trays can be inserted from both sides for ease of loading.

All Invicta products can be marked for identification or instruction purposes and the top of the racks are engraved with ‘caution hot’ for operator safety.
