Invicta meets ISO standards

We are pleased to announce that the Invicta Group has had its ISO 9001:2015 status renewed. This demonstrates that a company has internationally recognised processes and procedures in place to make sure that customers get consistent, good quality products and services. It also reinforces a commitment and desire to continuously improve processes and services through the use of an effective Quality Management System.
As a requirement of the certification, Invicta adheres to the internationally known set of standards developed by ISO (International Organisation for Standardisation) addressing various aspects of quality management. These standards are based on a number of quality management principles including a strong customer focus, motivation of top management, and continuous improvement.
Taking part in the ISO scheme is just one way that Invicta strives to meet and exceed customer expectations.
