Over 90% of respondents:

- Rated the product delivery time as excellent or good
- Thought the products reflected good value for the price paid
- Rated the workmanship as excellent or good.
- Said that they were extremely likely or very likely to purchase products again
- Said that overall they were very satisfied or satisfied with the company
