Length x width (approximate): 0 = 255mm x 205mm, 1 = 261mm x 141mm, 2 = 254mm x 212mm, 3 = 251mm x 172mm, 4 = 262mm x 196mm, 5 = 261mm x 172mm, 6 & 9 = 260mm x 177mm, 7 = 265mm x 185mm, 8 = 267mm x 172mm.
